Hello

Sorry if these have already been asked but I would like to clarify before I take delivery. I have purchased a used Feb 08 2 Sport in blue. Lots of miles but seems to be immaculate.

Questions;

The brochure mentions "black out dials". The ones in "my" car are white. Where blackout dials introduced later or have I the wrong idea of what they are?

The car comes with two keys. A flick one and an old style key. Dealer says that is all there is but I notice the brochure says the car comes with 2 "jack knife keys"

I think the engine has a chain rather than a belt for the cam so it doesn't need changing. Is that right?
Many thanks.

At Feb 08 the facelifted sport was not yet introduced. The black out dials and the 2 keys plus some details on the doors were introduced in 2009 as a "facelifted" model of the 2.

Yes, the folding mirrors are standard since launch.

Thanks. Looking forward to picking up the car. Most stylish super mini there is especially in Met Blue and Sport trim. At least in my opinion!

Don't always believe the reviews in the car mags but they do seem to have got in spot on. It was as they said.

Well built, good handling, suprisingly spacious (I'm 6ft 2in), and stylish on the plus side and a little bit noisy and with some slightly less than wonderful plastic trim on the downside. Overall thoigh I loved it Smiley
