Is anyone else picking up their new Mazda on Monday?  I am collecting mine and I can't wait.

I will be sad to get rid of my Peugeot 207 Sport as it has been a great car since I got it 3 years ago.  Looking forward to my new one though.  From all the comments on here, I do not think that I will be disappointed.

The Mazda2 Sport is a great car and exceptional value for money, I am sure that you will both be delighted with them.

I have to be at the garage at 8am (not through choice) to collect mine, as I have to be at work as close to 9am as possible ....

I am sure that my Mazda 2 Sport will live up to my expectations!!

I ordered mine about 2 months ago, so I know how you feel about the time dragging.

Looking forward to hearing your reviews on Monday evening!

Hi to all you expectant Mazda2 owners. The wait will be worth it .Had to wait 5 months for my Mazda2 Sport 59 plate (on the scrappage scheme)can get frustrating, but they say "patience is a virtue"and you enjoy the prize even more.So good luck to you all, drive safe but always have fun!!!

Me and my partner ordered our white Tamura a few weeks ago and were asked if we wanted it for the first of March, to which we answered yes. There was no set date on paper or anything but we were told by the sales guy that we would be picking it up on the 1st originally.

Last week I ordered my free 7 day drive away insurance starting on Monday and once the dealership got notification of this I had a phone call to say I won't be picking it up until Thursday (they are updating the free insurance to start then though). Does anyone know why this may be? I've sort of got over it now but was originally looking forward to be picking up the new car tomorrow!!

I just don't really understand how other lucky new owners can be picking up theirs tomorrow and we don't manage to get ours on the 1st.. is it just a case of delivery etc taking a while?

To answer the topic at hand - no! but yes for Thursday Smiley Trading in our two existing cars to get rid of them as we're both self employed from home and really only need the one vehicle, certainly looking forward to it as our first brand new car.

Thanks

I was very lucky when I bought my 1.5 Sport - my dealer managed to find one that had just come into the UK and was in storage waiting to be collected by another dealer. So I sort of pinched it. I would have had it even sooner had I not had to wait for DVLA doing my personal plate change over Christmas.
