New car - advice needed

I was not really sure where to post this, so thought I would post here so that someone may see it and respond.

I collected my Mazda 2 Sport on 1st March.  I have only done 150 miles and have noticed that if I turn a tight corner or have to do a full lock on the steering wheel that I hear a squealing sort of noise from the front of the car.

I have checked that the wheels are not catching - everything looks fine.

Has anyone else had this problem?  I have not called the dealers as I am not sure if it is just the car wearing in etc?

Any ideas?

i have noticed a 'noise' on full lock as well i just ignore it i am sure its ok haha
