Removing the Mazda roof rack

Hi all,

New here.

We have the Mazda 2 roof racks as a dealer fit option, it came with a key for the side locks but the dealer said they cannot be fully removed.

Does anyone know how to remove them fully, some pics/tutorial or where I can find out?

Many thanks in advance, I have searched this forum and others and I cannot figure out how to remove them.
