Heat the badge with a heat gun or hair dryer to soften the adhesive.

Use something like dental floss to get behind the badge and ease it off the panel.

Once the badge it off, the black adhesive stuff will come off real easy after being heated some more with the heat gun.

Don't be tempted to use any tool that might damage the paint job.

Front is clips and back is stuck on with the foam pad/glue stuff with pin's going into the bodywork. Check out the evil M thread, I put a few pictures up to show it.

Theres one either side on the Flying M and two on the 'Mazda' badge.
They push out from the inside.
