Does anyone have the storage box (trunk organizer) in their M2? I believe it might have been standard on the early versions when they came out in 2007.

I used to have these as standard on my previous SEAT Alteas and they were very useful for storing odds and sods out of the way whilst still having a clear boot floor.

Also is it easy to remove?

Thanks in advance for any help. Smiley

I have one in mine, it was an extra that I managed to get included.  I think the magazine reviews said it was standard but as far as I know it isn't.

Its easy enough to remove if you emtpy it first.  Its made from semi-rigid but quite flexible plastic.  The box has 3 compartment and the lid is hinged and very easily removeable.  Its handy enough but I believe it is now around £80 and it probably isn't worth anywhere near that!

Thanks for the reply Si.

My dealer is offering one for £70 so just trying to decide whether I really need the organizer and if it is worth the money Undecided

If you are like me and use the boot as a mobile junk yard then its worth it  Smiley

The dividers between the compartments are bendy so anything heavy does move a bit unless you pack things around in it.  I do find mine is worth having and haven't had a problem with the reduced boot space, it is expensive for what it is but when "hiden" in the overall cost its acceptable.
