what colour are the rear speaker wires

hi im setting up a sub and amp but i have to make to rca sockets through the back speaker wire i have done this before so i no how it work but i need to know the colour of both rear speaker wires on the adapter that goes into the original stereo also what colour wire do i connect the remote wire to. ?

I've set this up in my car and don't think it matters.
Take the left speaker and connect it to one side of the adaptor thing you've got (bought) and the same with the right. For the remote wire i used the cigarette lighter.
