Clarkson don't like the 2 so it'd probably get slated. The Top Gear magazine reviews however have been excellent.

If I recall correctly Richard Hammond has raved about the Mazda 2 in at least one publication.

Clarkson's review pretty much shows he can't drive small cars with economical engines hehe.  I've never had any issues getting my 2 up to motorway speeds.

Anyway, I've taken the thread totally off topic now, apologies.

If we are talking about the same episode...the one where it is sitting there but they won't take it out..they said a reason but can't remember what it was...licensing?

I think the 2 would be a great car for Hamster..altho he'd would need a MPS version...something around 3 litres and 450 HP..sounds about right...?

They said it's broken! Even thought I don't believe them because the apollo, the 8C and some other supercars tested there were the same I saw at Goodwood ( same strange plates) and the Furai was alive there Wink
