It works but doesnt charge, you can get an adaptor for about £25 to make it charge though... and you cant use the ipod functionality while its plugged in, control only through the stereo.
If you press the home button you can still use the phone though!
Its far from perfect, put it that way!

Hey all

I'm maybe a bit late with this, but in case anyone is interested I use this to listen to my iPod touch in the 2 http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_514373_langId_-1_categoryId_165635
Works a treat - you can skip through songs and it charges too. Never had any problems with volume or buzzing (apart from when you adjust the wing mirrors). If you dont fancy going down the expensive route, this is a much cheaper alternative worth considering.  Grin

Thanks for posting about the Griffin Autopilot, Dalio. Have just ordered one via eBay - £11 less than Halfords!

Received my Griffin Autopilot from eBay today and it works brilliantly. No interference whatsoever on the audio. Cables are a bit too long if you want to put the iPod in the centre console and too short if you want to hide it in the glove box, though.
