to reset the avg mpg press an hold the info button on the steering wheel while the avg is displayed on the dash, it will then show --- on the dash till you drive and it will recalculate your avg mpg while your driving.

as for my opinoin on K&N. i have mine fitted for around the town but change it back to the standard one for motorway driving, depends if you want quick acceleration around the town and off the traffic lights and dont mind spending money on petrol, if you get one or not.

The filter on the 2 is in the black box where the induction kit connects?
I guess with an induction kit you should remove the panel filter?

yes the pic of the mazda 2 on here has an induction kit fitted, yes you will need to remove the panel filter if this is fitted,

the part number for K&N panel filter is 33-2924
