Greetings from Serbia

Hi!

I'm from Belgrade, Serbia. I expect to get my Mazda2 in about a week, after 3 months of waiting (car was here in 5th of may, but there was some problems with paperwork in leasing company). It's TE model (austrian classification, I assume it's like TS2, with no alloys) with centre armrest (one of rare downsides of this car is moderate storage room, in my opinion). It cost here about 11200 pounds. Serbia is small market, but Mazda2 has stunning sales here. Waiting list is closed until end of the year, due to huge demand.

Anyway, I want to thank you for this great forum, I'm sure I'll find tons of inforamations about car maintenance, bad and good sides and much, much more.

Wow thats quite a wait! Thats so cool that the waiting list is closed. Makes it sound super exclusive! I'm also waiting at the moment but it's good you've only got another few days to go. What colour and engine are in it?

It's 1.3 86bhp, in metropolitan grey. Here, we got to choose from 6 trims:
 
1.3 CE (fully skimmed, 75bhp, just front el. windows, power steering, (maybe) power mirrors but without folding option, remote key, 2 airbags) 10.000 euros (7.900 pounds)

1.3 CE Pro (75bhp, CE+A/C) 11.800

1.3 CE Plus (75, CE Pro+ CD/mp3, 2 speakers) 12.700

1.3 TE (86bhp, CE plus + climate control, folding mirrors, leather wheel + audio controls, 2/3 folding rear seat, 4 speakers, 6 airbags) 13.800 euros (11.000 pounds)

1.3 TE Pro (86bhp, TE + TCS, DSC, rear el. windows) 14.800

1.3 TE Plus (86bhp, TE Pro + heated seats, foglamps, 15" alloys, auto wipers, auto lights, cruise control) 15.600

1.5 GT (103bhp, 16" alloys, fully equipped) 16.600 euros (13.200 pounds)

Diesels and 3 door versions are not yet available.

Mine is 1.3 TE, I think it is best price/specs ratio.
