As per the title. I saw an ad for one in my local dealers. Has anyone driven/ ordered one yet? Here's the ad... http://www.twwhiteandsons.co.uk/News/view/235

Why the question are you considering changing to a diesel 2 vehicle?

Hell still seems pretty toasty to me so that would be a no. I was just randomly wondering really. There doesn't seem to be much info around about this model.

Hello and welcome...
Thanks for repying to this topic. I'd forgotten all about it. Were the Ibiza's petrol or diesel and if diesel how does it compare?

Have had a 1.6D in True Red since June but haven't got around to posting on the forum until now. Very impressed too with the car but also wish it had cruise control. Have covered around 4,000 miles so far at an average 62mpg (indicated 70mpg on trip computer) so well pleased with that! This includes commuting on the M60 and a couple of long distance trips. The car is nicely loosened up now and has quite impressive mid range torque , I would say comparable with the SEAT Altea 1,9TD I had a couple of years ago. I think the car is quite a head turner and many people have commented how stunning it looks in red. Looking forward to many years of funfilled and hopefully troublefree motoring!

Good luck with the car, I'm sure you will enjoy owning and driving it. We were going to go for white but told that there was at least a 3 month wait for the colour and didn't fancy waiting that long. Also struggled to get red but the dealer managed to locate one for us for delivery in two weeks. As regards spec you won't do much better in a supermini but as mentioned previously, wish the 1.6D had cruise like the petrol sport. Don't know about add ons but there are plenty of others on the forum who I'm sure have plenty of suggestions!

I think we were very lucky to get the white one so fast, we only went in on sunday. still waiting to hear back from the salesman, dying to know whats going on. Cant you fit cruise control yourself? we haven't had it in a car so we wont know what were missing. I'm thinking about buying the ipod cable eventually, would love to have black alloys fitted, we seena mazda 3 in the showroom with them and they looked fantastic

For an ipod cable just get an aux cable off ebay. I paid about 50p including delivery for mine and it works a treat!
