Hi

i recently bought a griffin tune flex so i could play my ipod through the aux line while charging my ipod at the same time. However when the ipod is on charge and the engine is running there seems to be inference coming through the speakers. An anoyn buzzing noise. if you turn off engine but leave ignition on so ipod is still charging the noise stops

Has any1 suffered similar problems?

Is there anyway of preventing this happening?

This happens to me with my Microsoft Zune.

I think the problem lies with the power for the aux port coming from the same cable going to the 12v supply so when you plug in both the jack and the power port you are actually creating feedback..don't think that is a good thing...so iv stopped charging my zune in the car..

In the past, i have used 2 aux ports to play my ipod and whenever i charge the ipod and play songs I get a high pitched squeak in the background with both cars.

i don't know how to stop it i'm afraid

The only way to stop this is to seperate the power line to the aux port. Ensure that both the 12v and aux are being supplied by different power
