I'm new to the forum and thought I'd say a quick hello...

Why are y'all lucky? Because most of you already have your wonderful cars and I'm having to wait (ever so patiently....) so a delivery date on my Sport  :

I've been told Mid-October-(ish). It seems a lifetime away!.....

It will soon come around MikeyG, and it'll be a 59 reg cos of the wait!

While I was waiting for mine (waited till the end of the month for financing reasons) I found other things to keep my mind busy, went out with my friends a fair bit, then had no time to keep 'counting down'.

I do sympathise though that waiting isn;t nice. Mine was an unregistered sport sitting on dealers forecourt, hence how I test drove it on 3rd July and picked it up on the 30th, could have been sooner but I needed to wait because of finance payments being balanced with my savings and when my first wages will be due as I start work in September

The car will be worth the wait in the end

I had simerlar finance reasons why i waited 1.5 months for mine. The dealer I went with Vospers was able to get my sport within a week if i wanted it

..I've spent a lot of the time Googling "Mazda 2 Sport", reading reviews and drooling over pictures....my workmates are beginning to think I'm a headcase.....
