Going to see if i can get my subwoofer fitted in my car when i come bk from spain Grin can't wait it's been sittin in my boot for the past 3 months coz i took it out my old car. Does anyone know if it can be pluged into the stereo already fitted in the car ?

Got an alpine 1 with the built in amp it's quite loud i had to turn it down coz it was makin the car seat vibrate n culdnt hear the music properly but that was in my ford ka so it was a bit smaller duno what it would be like in this 1.

I am also curious if factory radio can be fitted with an amp so if anyone knows please give some info  Huh?

you'd need to use a Line out converter (LOC) which you tap into the speaker wire either at the back of the stereo unit or somewhere along the speaker wire around the car.

the LOC converts the high frequency signal from the headunit into normal 'flat' frequency for the amp to work with
