Today was a great day, the weather was changable, but by crikey did I enjoy this car today!
Here's a few snapshots from inbetween the rain today.

As promised there's photo's of the infamous wheels that confounded all the dealers because
they'd never seen them before, you'll be able to see just how they look different in different
light, from dark dark grey to silver and grey - I am BEYOND happy with the look of these wheels!
Notice all the different shades they look in the photos.

There's a photo of that aerial for those who have asked too, as well as the scuff plates, lux
mats and exhaust.

What a great day, thanks everyone who helped me with questions before I bought...it really
paid off! Thanks alot!

Quick pic at Tesco's. I was so pleased with the look when I walked back up to her I grabbed the
camera and captured the moment.

Wheels...just look at em! Photo's don't do the car of the wheels any justice though...you can't
really see the two colours in the wheel here but I tried my best. The face of each spoke is a
lighter grey/silver colour whilst the rest of the wheel is graphite, and the inner wheel black!

Fab. Here's some of the other extras including the Mazda 3 aerial my crafty dealer slipped in! The
rubber on the bottom of it seals over the bit you screw it into - it looks brilliant on the car in
comparison to the boingy-boingy, and reception is good.

And here's a few snaps...again, like the photos above, note how the wheels look from dark grey
to shiny silver. I should really stop papping on about them now! lol But I went through so much
to get them, against all odds, against the dealers denying their existance, that I am pleased to
have something a bit special.

Enjoy...I know I am.

Thanks again.

The wheel part number is...(I am pretty sure)...DF71-V3-810B

Now a word of caution here though, the wheels that arrived first time around where not the right ones, they were lighter like the ones someone showed me in another thread. So if you are getting the wheels, talk it through with your dealer to make sure you get the right ones.

The aerial doesn't have a number on it, as far as I am aware it is from a Mazda 3 (or 6)...this is all I know...I just said to my dealer (I don't want that big RC Car aerial on my car) and pointed out a short one on another car in the showroom. Glad I did now, and glad I got friendly with the salesman.

The exhaust is great, at first it just adds a lower bass tone to the car, no real burble at first. But opening the throttle up allows a substantial roar to be heard. Also it's worth noting it already sounds more throaty since pick-up day as I geuss it's coking up a little. Switching off the engine does give you a burble down.

Many thanks for your comments.

I have the original set of new alloys available to sell, as well as the original new aerial and original exhaust with practically zero miles on it.

I googled Mazda and that code and got this:
http://www.lifestylemazdaparts.co.uk/product/Mazda_2_Alloy_wheel_16%22_design_45_Titanium%7CSilver_DF71-V3-810B#

I presume these are the correct ones??

Hi, I like the stubby aerial and it looks like it is off a present day M3 too. Next time the car is due to go for a service I'm going to order one.
Thanks for all your help...

Those wheels are the correct ones but the photo is completely garbage and doesn't show you the bloody colours! The description is right but the photo doesn't acdtually look like them.

Anyway - don't buy these wheels!!! lol I want them all to myself!!!!  Tongue

Also, no probs on the aerial - definately get one, they look great and I'd imagine they can't be too expensive.

Nice pics, I'm happy with my 1.3 TS2 & lower insurance premiums, but the Sport does look sweet, especially the alloys.  Can you buy the smaller aerial seperately?  I didn't notice before, but after looking at your cool aerial, the standard one does look pretty long in comparison lol
