you just get a special caliper paint colour of your choice available at many car accessory sites online, just do a search on google for caliper paint, it is specially formulated to resist high temperatures.

Ive tried searching for blue calipers for the mazda 2 but i dont think they exist. I have seen them painted though, and they look pretty good.

It is even possible to paint them without taking the wheel off, but obviously much easier if you take the wheel of first.

When I have done this in the past I have used caliper paint as already said, but also used JapLac available from B&Q. Its best to remove your wheels as you could end up missing bits of the caliper or even worse painting the wheels.

Here are some picture of the last ones that I painted, this is one coat:

This was on my TT. The basic procedure is:
1, jack up the car and remove the wheel, supporting the car with axle stands.
2, clean the caliper and the surrounding area, using a product that wont harm the brakes.
3, allow to dry well.
4, paint with desired paint and let it dry, 2 coats may be required.

Process takes a couple of days to do it properly.

I used hammerite on my RX8, washed the calipers with  meths first, then 2/3 coats didn't worry about getting it on the discs too much as any surplus will come off when you apply the brakes.
Not sure what colour to use on the Ebony Tamura tho any suggestions?

No the ebony isn't black you need to see it to appreciate its colour, more of a dark plum but I really took to it, will post a couple of pictures when I've 5 minutes. Cool
