Hi, I think you'll find that the 1000km, or 1000 mile, oil change isn't required in the uk, otherwise your dealer would have written to use to remind you. There seems to no reference in the service manual about it either...

Hi all
All cars in Cyprus or any other country that has a hot and dusty climate needs the oil changing much more frequently, every 3k usually,
I have a place in Cyprus and do a lot of driving there and I know this is recommended, so don't worry all you UK owners, 1st oil change at 12,000m
or 1 year of course! Hope this helps!

Done 1900 miles since 1st Sept. Went visiting family all over the country for my hols this year so had done 1200 before it was even 2 weeks old. Normal service should be resumed from now on though.
