Heres a picture (terrible quality i will upload a better one when i can!) of my new sound system i just had fitted into the mazda!

It consists of:

Alpine ida-X001 head unit (single din)
JBL 12" 1000W sub
tweeters
Alpine multi Amp
Front door speakers
dynamat in the front doors to minimize rattling
and bluetooth adapter (mic comes out above near the interior lights)

Its so nice im extremely happy!

The system i already had but i needed to buy the new fascia panel and steering wheel control connection wires.. all in all with those two items and installation it cost me £310

No screws the easiest clip to start with is right-under and then pull aal the clips further working clockwise

Wow, excellent job. I need to purchase the same dash kit you have for my 2. Would you mind copying the link where you ordered it from? I'm in the US and just picked up my 2011 MZ2. I want to install my Alpine head unit so bad but can't seem to find this dash kit for sale anywhere...except Ebay (not too fond of purchasing from Ebay). Any help would be much appreciated Smiley

Hello,
I have the same question for the fascia as I have found some on ebay but outside EU.

The steering wheel controls are working with the new stereo?
