Nice real slim deflectors. What about the rear? You don't like them?

well i had my friend rob on hand who is shown under the car and that was great as i know nothing and all the instructions were in german.

the good thing was that rob himself has a vw lupo as well as couple of other friends which he has fitted kits to and as he looked at mine and said it wasmore or less exactly the same.

the backs were easy, took maybe 5 mins each, you just jack it up, wheel off, then take one bolt of the shock, get one friend to stand on the drum and the other to pull the spring out, then just repeat backwards to get the new one in. wish i had started with the backs haha.

fronts is a bit more interesting, same start to get the car up and wheel off. now the thing to do that we did'nt is that at that inside the bonnet is the top of the shock, loosen this at this point with a 17mm socket wrench. then undo a set of varioes bolts which lets the shock/spring come out. then you need spring clamps, get the olds out news in and repeat backwards again.

all in all including 1 mc'd breakfast and having to nip out to get a tool that didnt even help, took us from just after 9 till about 1ish. not to bad sat in a sun ray.

it cost 164 for the springs from mazda, fitted with me and a friend so just a bit of money to him. the drop is 30mm which is nice, makes a difference but wish to go further to be fair but maybe after the warranty is finished.
