Speaker Replacement

Anyone know what size speakers i need and if they are easy to replace ? also my car came without backdoor speakers, however the girlls are there, are these pre-wired so all i need to do is add speakers ?

Cant remember the size on the speakers. 15cm possibly.

You have to remove the whole door panel to get to the speaker wires etc.
