Leaky aerial
« on: November 21, 2016, 10:45:08 AM »
I have only had my car for a few weeks, but we had heavy rain for the first time a couple of days ago, and I had quite a waterfall coming in through the interior lights. On inspection, the aerial isnt on tight enough for the seal to be effective :-\

I tried to remove the lighting panel to see if I can tighten it up on the inside, but can't get the panel off - I remove the outer panel, and then a couple of screws but no amount of force will make the thing move after that, and no obvious clips or further screws to open. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

From what i remeber you take the alarm sensor cover off, push from front and unclips, then there are screws that hold the surround in, take them out then the surround with lights in comes out ?

You should be able to see the back of the aerial from there ?
